Gratitude



There are so many mental and physical health benefits to the daily practice of expressing gratitude! . Studies have shown that feeling thankful can improve sleep, mood and immunity. Gratitude can decrease depression, anxiety, difficulties with chronic pain and risk of disease. If a pill that could do this, everyone would be taking it. I see it as a vaccine, an anti toxin and an antiseptic. Emotionally,

it also boosts resilience.
